Our People
Henry Lange is the President, CEO, and the founder of FITS Consulting. With over thirty years of financial services consulting experience, Henry understands client’s business needs. Under his guidance, FITS consultants provide a high level of service to clients which is the foundation for strong client partnerships. The firm’s strategic vision is driven through his hands-on leadership. He is active in industry groups, manages relationships with software vendors and clients, leads implementations and self-clearing engagements, and provides expert testimony for complex liquidation matters. Prior to starting FITS, Henry was a senior level executive with an international consulting firm.
Kathleen Moore is the Chief Financial Officer and a Partner of FITS Consulting. In 1995, she joined FITS working with global clients. After becoming a partner in 1999, Kathy created the firm’s corporate infrastructure. Today she manages the firm’s finances and operations, builds relationships with FITS clients, and leads large government compliance contracts. Kathy has a degree in Accounting from St. Peters University and is an active participant in industry conferences and issues affecting clients. Prior to joining FITS Kathy provided consulting services to an international consulting firm.
Rick Hall is the Executive Vice President and Partner of FITS Consulting. In 1999, he joined FITS and leveraged his analytical abilities and “big picture” approach to provide best-in- class consulting services. His focus on operational efficiency allows firms to mitigate risk and enhance quality control. Rick’s strong industry expertise is an asset to the FITS’ Executive Management team. Rick leads and manages large conversion projects including the transition to a self-clearing environment. Prior to joining FITS, Rick spent 35 years in executive management positions at various NYSE member firms with a concentration in retail and institutional equity processing, correspondent clearing, fixed income processing, and regulatory governance.
